Yes — we’ve arranged school bus transportation through AA Transportation. The bus departs the Wellsworth Hotel (14 Mechanic St, Southbridge) at 4:00 PM to Fern Hill Barn and returns from Fern Hill Barn at 11:15 PM back to the Wellsworth Hotel.

Our ceremony and reception plans have a rain backup, so no matter the weather, we'll be celebrating together! We recommend checking the forecast and bringing a light jacket or umbrella if needed.

We’re planning a formal evening celebration—think cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, or suits and ties. The venue is Fern Hill Barn in Spencer, MA on September 26, 2026, so please dress for an autumn evening (layers recommended). Comfortable, polished shoes are a good idea—the grounds are partly lawn and gravel. If you have questions about accessibility needs, please reach out to us.

Yes — we will have an open bar for guests 21 and over with beer, wine, and a selection of classic and signature cocktails. Non-alcoholic options and mocktails will also be available for guests who prefer them. The official festivities at Fern Hill Barn conclude at 11:00 pm. Bus transportation will depart at 11:15 pm for the Wellsworth Hotel.
